EventConvo is a platform that enables users to:

We provide both free and paid subscription tiers with varying features and capabilities.

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Take responsibility for all activities under your account
• Not share your account with others

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services.

You agree NOT to use EventConvo to:

• Post illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliations
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to access systems without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or collect data

Violation of these policies may result in immediate account termination.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are provided at our discretion
• Price changes will be communicated in advance

You retain ownership of content you post on EventConvo. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the platform.

EventConvo and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

EventConvo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or data loss
• Actions of other users at events
• Third-party content or services
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.
